SealedVoice
A Mac app by Michal Nešťáksupport@sealedvoice.com

Transcription that never leaves your Mac.

Meeting bots fail to join, or make people hold back. Cloud notetakers upload your client’s words to someone else’s servers. SealedVoice transcribes on your Mac, with no internet connection needed.

Questions

Does anything leave my Mac?

No. SealedVoice records and transcribes on your Mac, and transcription works without an internet connection. Recordings and transcripts are stored on your Mac, and the app doesn’t send them to me or anyone else.

What do I need?

A Mac with Apple Silicon (M1 or later).

Which languages does it understand?

Slovak, Czech, German and English.

Am I allowed to record a meeting?

Get the consent of everyone you record, as the law and your professional rules require. That is your responsibility as the user; SealedVoice can’t do it for you.

How accurate is it?

Accurate enough to save you the typing, not enough to skip reading. Names, numbers and legal terms can come out wrong, especially with background noise or people talking over each other. Always check a transcript against the recording before you rely on it.
